Gwynedd Museum & Gallery are running Arteffact a project specifically for people age 18 and over who are living in the community (i.e., notliving in a hospital) and experiencing mild to moderate stress, depression or anxiety. the project will offer short courses of workshops run by experienced artists in relaxing surroundings.
The project aims to help people’s emotional wellbeing and mental health by offering art workshops and creative activities with professional artists at the participant’s local museum, archive or arts centre and in this instance the Gwynedd Museum and Gallery at Bangor will host the scheme. A series of seven sessions will be on offer which are due to start on the 4th of February and are FREE to attend.
This course will be held on Mondays at the Gwynedd Museum & Gallery, Bangor. A series of seven sessions will start on the 4th of February and will finish on the 25th of March.
