Dawns i Bawb is looking for a Part time Dance Development Practitioner in North West Wales

Dawns i Bawb is the specialist organisation for community dance provision and dance development across North West Wales, funded by Arts Council Wales. Working in partnership with the Local Authorities of Conwy,Gwynedd and Ynys Môn it caters for participants of all ages and abilities, disadvantaged groups and isolated areas and has achieved the reputation of being a model community art form provider.

Their activities also involve professional development, productions and specific projects with high profile artists. Projects involving international artists demonstrate that Dawns i Bawb sees itself not only as a regional provider but also as a network with international connections. Our team combines strong teaching, administrative and artistic skills as well as enthusiasm and creativity.The successful candidate will be expected to deliver an inclusive dance activity programme, including provision for toddlers, youth, adult, senior citizens and people with special needs.

Salary: Based on £19,360 to £20,600 depending on skills and experience (Pro rata)

Hours: 20 hrs per week (£10,260 to £10,918 p.a.)

There is an opportunity to increase your hours with extra teaching and performing work. Experience in the teaching and performance of dance is essential; and you must have a full current driving license and a car. We will consider applications from graduates.
