My name is Katy McClellan and I’m an Assistant Producer at Twofour, a BAFTA winning television production company. We are making a landmark documentary series for Channel 4 about family life in Britain in 2012 and looking to find a number of warm and engaging households to represent family life in all its forms. We want to look at life in 2012 through the eyes of ordinary families and so at this stage we’re hoping to reach out to as many households as possible in the hope that they might come forward and chat to us about what the year has in store for them. This series will be a celebration of family life and an observational documentary following the lives of ordinary people.

We are offering three apprenticeships of individually tailored twelve week programmes that begin September 2012. The apprenticeship will allow the successful applicants to work alongside Rubicon’s highly experienced practitioners, in specialised areas of Rubicon’s wide ranging programme.
